Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Hit The Pose mobile app (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information. Hit The Pose is built to be private by default: the features that make the app work run on your iPhone, and you do not need an account to use it.

In short: image processing happens on your iPhone. The app does not require an account, does not ask you to create one, and does not collect personal data in order to function. Your photos are saved only when you choose to save them.

What we process — and where

To suggest poses and draw the live guide, the app reads the camera viewfinder and analyses it on your device. This on-device processing happens in real time to:

This camera and body-position processing stays on your iPhone. The app does not upload your camera frames or photos to us or to any server to make these features work.

What we don't collect

To use the core features of the app, we do not collect:

If the app includes diagnostics or analytics in the future to help us fix crashes and improve the product, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out where applicable.

Camera & photo library access

Camera

The app asks for camera access so it can show the live viewfinder, suggest poses, and draw the guide. The camera feed is used in the moment, on your device. You can change camera permission at any time in iOS Settings → Hit The Pose.

Photos

A photo is saved to your photo library only when you choose to keep a shot. The app does not save photos in the background and does not need your photo library to function. If you grant photo-library access, it is used solely to save the pictures you decide to keep.

Subscriptions & payments

Hit The Pose offers an auto-renewable subscription with a free trial. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not see or store your card or payment details. Apple shares limited information with us (such as whether a subscription is active) so the app can unlock the features you paid for. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The app's pose and scene features do not rely on third-party servers. Apple's App Store and StoreKit handle distribution, in-app purchases, and subscription billing as described above. Aside from Apple's role in payments and app delivery, the app does not share your information with advertising networks or data brokers.

Children

Hit The Pose is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age required by the App Store in their region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will address it.

Your choices & rights

Because the app does not require an account and does not collect personal data to function, there is generally no personal profile for us to access, export, or delete. You remain in control of your device permissions:

If applicable data-protection law (such as the EU/EEA GDPR) gives you additional rights over any information we may hold, you can exercise them by contacting us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
