License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Hit The Pose on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law permits it.
Free photo and subscription
Hit The Pose can be downloaded without charge and currently lets an eligible new user complete one photo before a subscription offer is required for continued photo capture. The app offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Exact prices, equivalent weekly information where shown, taxes, billing period and any introductory offer are displayed on the purchase screen before confirmation.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- You can restore eligible purchases using Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple account.
The equivalent weekly figure is informational. Apple bills the full monthly or yearly amount shown on the purchase screen.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage or cancel through iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Hit The Pose. Cancellation takes effect after the current paid period. Apple handles payments and refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your photos and references
Photos you take and reference images you import remain your content. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use, copy or share them, including images saved from third-party services. Hit The Pose does not claim ownership of your content.
Deletion and Photos synchronization behave as described in the app and our Privacy Policy. Keep independent copies of content you cannot replace.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for unlawful, harmful, harassing or infringing content.
- Do not photograph people without any consent required by applicable law.
- Do not interfere with the app, bypass purchase controls or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use catalog assets outside the app except as permitted by law.
Availability and changes
Features, pose collections, compatible devices and pricing may change. We may update, suspend or discontinue part of the service where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every pose, camera configuration or result will suit every person or environment.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or a particular photographic result.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of photos, data, profit or goodwill related to use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Hit The Pose during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Competent Spanish courts will handle disputes where applicable.
Apple terms
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Relevant Apple terms control where required for App Store distribution.
