What can we help with?

Find the most common answers below. If something still feels wrong, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version and what you expected to happen.

How do I choose a pose?

Open Explore poses and tap a category: Trending, Selfie, Mirror, Indoor, Outdoor or Your References. The category chips wrap onto multiple rows so every option remains visible on small iPhones.

How do I upload my own reference?

Tap Upload photo in Explore poses and choose an image from Photos. It is copied to the app and appears in Your References so you can reuse it later.

What is the difference between Reference and Silhouette?

Reference shows the original pose photo over the camera. You can drag, pinch and change its opacity. Silhouette shows a clean body outline and is available for compatible poses from our catalog. Uploaded references use the full photo.

Can I move the reference without changing camera focus?

Yes. Drag or pinch the visible reference to position and scale it. Tap another part of the live camera preview to set focus, then use the exposure control beside the focus indicator.

Why do the zoom values differ between iPhones?

Hit The Pose reads the physical lenses available on your current iPhone. The presets and continuous zoom display adapt to that hardware, so some models offer more lens positions than others.

Where are the photos I took?

Kept shots appear in My Photos and in Apple Photos. My Photos reconciles linked items with the Photos library. If you delete a linked photo from one place, the gallery updates accordingly.

How do I delete a photo?

Open the photo in My Photos and choose Delete. After you confirm, the linked Apple Photos item moves to Recently Deleted and the Hit The Pose gallery entry is removed.

Does Hit The Pose upload my images?

No. Camera frames, photo pixels, body data and imported reference images stay on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy for details about anonymous product analytics and subscription processing.

How does the free photo and subscription flow work?

You can complete onboarding and take your first photo before the subscription offer appears. A subscription is required when you continue to a second photo. Purchase status is restored through Apple and RevenueCat after reinstalling when you use the same Apple account.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Hit The Pose. Apple handles billing, cancellation and refund requests. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The camera is not working. What should I check?

Confirm Camera access under iOS Settings, Hit The Pose. For saving or importing, confirm the requested Photos access too. Close and reopen the app after changing permissions. If the issue remains, send us your iPhone model and iOS version.

Which languages are supported?

English and Spanish. The app follows your preferred iPhone language when available.
